    Founder & Managing Director
    Zoe Lu is the Founder and Managing Director of TOVA LEGAL.

    IAA Registered Legal Advisor, ILPA (Immigration Law Practitioners Association) member. Former Consular Assistant at the Chinese Embassy in the UK, former staff member at the VFS Schengen Visa Center in London. Zoe is responsible for the company’s overall strategy, financial management, and operational oversight. She leads TOVA LEGAL’s growth, compliance culture, and long-term business development.

  • Lionel Tshomba

    Managing Partner & Head of Immigration
    Lionel is an IAA Level 3 Immigration Adviser with extensive experience in both personal and business immigration. He leads the firm’s legal practice and oversees complex matters including family migration, settlement, sponsor licences and appeals.

    As a Level 3 adviser, he is authorised to undertake the full scope of regulated immigration work within the IAA framework, including Tribunal representation where permitted.

    Immigration Adviser & PRC Qualified Lawyer
    Hope is an IAA Level 1 Immigration Adviser, a PRC Qualified Lawyer, and holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge.

    She advises private and corporate clients on UK immigration matters, including visa applications, sponsor licence applications, compliance and legal representations. She has particular experience supporting entrepreneurs, skilled workers and international students navigating the UK immigration system.

    Immigration Adviser
    Robin is an IAA Level 1 Immigration Adviser with experience in marketing and business compliance. He specialises in supporting B2B companies within the supply chain sector and has worked with over 50 businesses on immigration and compliance matters.

    He also assists individuals and families with immigration applications, supporting documentation and Home Office communications, providing clear and practical guidance throughout the process.
