Innovator Founder
The Innovator Founder route is designed for experienced entrepreneurs who wish to establish and develop an innovative, viable and scalable business in the UK. Applicants must obtain an endorsement from a Home Office-approved endorsing body and play a key role in the day-to-day management and development of the business. This route provides permission to live and work in the UK and may lead to settlement after three years, subject to meeting the relevant requirements under the Immigration Rules.
Global Talent
The Global Talent Visa is for individuals considered to be leaders or emerging leaders in areas such as academia, research, arts and culture, digital technology, science, engineering, medicine, social sciences and humanities. Applicants must be endorsed by an approved endorsing body or hold an eligible prestigious award that allows direct visa application without endorsement.
UK Expansion Worker
The UK Expansion Worker Visa is for senior or specialist overseas employees who will be posted to the UK to set up a new branch or subsidiary of an established overseas business that is not yet trading in the UK. It is part of the Global Business Mobility visa routes and must be sponsored by a UK entity linked to the overseas company. Unlike the old sole representative route, this visa requires sponsorship and a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) from the sponsoring UK company.
Scale-up Visa
The Scale-up route enables eligible overseas nationals to work for a qualifying UK Scale-up Sponsor in a highly skilled role. Applicants must normally have a valid Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), meet the relevant salary, skill and English language requirements. After an initial period of sponsored employment, eligible Scale-up Workers may be able to extend their permission without requiring ongoing sponsorship, subject to meeting the earnings requirements under the Immigration Rules. The Scale-up route can also lead to Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).
