1. Transparent & Professional Pricing

Every immigration matter is unique. Our fees reflect the complexity of the case, the level of legal expertise required and the scope of work involved.

Where appropriate, we offer fixed-fee services, allowing clients to know the legal costs in advance. For complex advisory work, corporate immigration matters, appeals and tribunal proceedings, fees may be charged on an hourly basis.

All fees will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Initial Consultation

We offer consultations in English and Chinese, available in person, by telephone or via video conference.

Our consultation includes:

  • Assessment of your immigration circumstances

  • Advice on the most appropriate immigration route

  • Identification of legal risks and potential issues

  • Guidance on supporting documentation

  • Discussion of next steps and likely costs

Hourly Consultation Rates

  • Consultation with an IAA Level 1 Adviser｜£200

  • Consultation with an IAA Level 3 Adviser｜£350

3. Fixed Fee Services

Most immigration applications are provided on a fixed-fee basis following an initial consultation.

Typical fee ranges are set out below for guidance only.

The above figures are indicative only. Fees vary depending on the complexity of the case, the amount of supporting evidence required and whether additional legal representations are necessary.

4. Additional Costs

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our legal fees do not include:

  • Home Office application fees

  • Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)

  • Tribunal or court fees

  • Barristers' fees (where instructed)

  • Translation or interpretation services

  • Independent expert reports

  • Courier or third-party costs

Any anticipated disbursements will be discussed with you before they are incurred.

  • A fixed fee or estimated costs (where applicable)

  • Information regarding anticipated disbursements

  • A Client Care Letter

  • Terms of Business

  • No. Home Office application fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge and other third-party costs are charged separately.

  • Yes. We offer standalone consultations with an IAA Level 1 Adviser (£200/hour) or an IAA Level 3 Adviser (£350/hour), depending on the nature and complexity of your matter.

  • Routine immigration applications are generally suitable for consultation with an IAA Level 1 Adviser. More complex matters—including appeals, tribunal representation, human rights applications and strategic legal advice—will normally be handled by an IAA Level 3 Adviser.

  • Yes. We advise employers, entrepreneurs and organisations on Sponsor Licence applications, compliance, corporate immigration and workforce mobility. Ongoing support can also be provided under a bespoke retainer arrangement.
